BIS Publishes Final Rule re: VEUs

The U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) published a final rule amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) which would allow BIS to list the names of end users in the Peoples' Republic of China (PRC) who have been approved to receive exports, reexports, and transfers of certain items under the Validated End User (VEU) authorization.
