CBP Implements Preferential Customs-Related Provisions Pursuant to U.S.-Oman Free Trade Agreement

On October 21, 2011, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) posted a final rule in the Federal Register implementing the preferential tariff treatment and other customs-related provisions of the United States – Oman Free Trade Agreement entered into by the U.S. and the Sultanate of Oman.

The rule is effective November 21, 2011.
