Bonnie Molsberry is an international trade consultant who has worked with Global Trade Expertise (GTE) since its inception in 2007. Ms. Molsberry is an expert in U.S. export control laws and regulations administered under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and trade embargoes and sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Ms. Molsberry specializes in providing practical, business-minded solutions to her clients' export control issues.

Prior to working with GTE, Ms. Molsberry worked for nearly ten years on contract with the Worldtrade Management Services group within PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). For PwC, Ms. Molsberry worked on projects that included ITAR compliance audits and re-audits for multinational defense contractors and aerospace companies. Ms. Molsberry specialized in corporate export administration and compliance for high-tech companies and manufacturing companies, and advised them on a number of areas including: export business assessments, preparing and implementing internal control programs and export management and compliance programs, classification, licensing, conducting export compliance audits, training, identifying re-export issues, due diligence and licensing for acquisitions, eCommerce licensing and screening requirements, technology transfers, and government liaison for specific client issues.

While working for PwC, Ms. Molsberry also independently worked with Altera Corporation as a contractor.  Her work included conducting a review of import and export activities to identify the requirements for import and export control programs. After the reviews were completed, Ms. Molsberry prepared Export Management Compliance Programs  (EMCP) and Import Management System (IMS) documents. These documents included procedures to be implemented as well as forms and IT changes required to control import and export activities. Ms. Molsberry assisted in implementing these programs across the corporation and also prepared and conducted training for all business groups and departments as required by each system. Ms. Molsberry also drafted internal control documents and procedures unique to their business activities -- including preparation of licensing documents to support off-shore manufacturing processes and U.S based customers.

Prior to working with PwC, Ms. Molsberry worked for National Semiconductor for 15 years as the manager of Export & Customs Administration. As part of her duties, she was responsible for development and implementation of internal control programs for export and customs compliance; conducted internal audits of 20 U.S. and international sites; developed annual week long workshops for training employees and service providers; and designed and implemented systems solutions for export and customs requirements. Ms. Molsberry also represented the company on the export and customs committees of the American Electronics Association and the export committee of the Semiconductor Industry Association.
